Rainout and Refund Policy

Team Refund Policy

If the tournament is cancelled due to weather conditions, at the discretion of the director, up to a maximum of 50% of the entry fee will be refunded. After the tournament begins, any refund up to 50% of the entry fee will be at the discretion of the director.
